As always, we have a need to fund varying scholarships for those who would not otherwise be able to attend, so we ask if you can spare something, no matter how modest, to please contribute to the Scholarship Fund.
In order to meet our financial commitments for the new CYO Conference site, we rely on early registrations. We are providing additional incentive to register early by offering a discounted fee for those who register early. On or after May 7, the full conference fee will apply. Refunds: Requests received before May 7: Fee paid, less $100. No refunds after May 7. Registration fees are below and also on the Registration Form (click below), just scroll to the bottom of the form to view before filling anything in.
Conference Fees:
- Early Bird Registration (must register and pay before May 7, 2026): $600
- Regular Registration (on or after May 7, 2026): $650
- Group Registration (must attend as part of a group of 3 or more men): $550
[We encourage you to take advantage of this option to save money, reduce parking needs at the Conference, and share camaraderie. NOTE: all members of a Group need to register separately using the same Group Name for all.] - Student Registration (must be full-time at an accredited institution): $380
- Scholarship Registration: $0-?? (NOTE: you MUST CALL our Registrar, Conrad Larkin, at 707-566-7570 to make special Scholarship arrangements.)

This helps us keep the cost down and greatly eases the load on our volunteers. Thank you!
IMPORTANT: If you register less than two weeks before the Conference, you will need to check back here a week beforehand to download the Attendee Packet, as it will not be sent to you automatically.
